Yeah, he did some great stuff with Bryce back in the 60s, as well as his own classics Eastern Horizons & (almost as good) Count Down. All on vinyl, obviously rare these days.
I once played a tape of Eastern Horizons for Steve Lacy, who was visibly surprised when I told him it was the same soloist on cello, tenor, flute, soprano etc........and amazed when I told him it was recorded in Sydney, in 1967.
I believe Birdland is reissuing some Aus classics from the vinyl era, so hopefully they'll include Eastern Horizons.

speaking of Bryce Rohde...Errol Buddle.....multiman......sax/flutes/bassoon..et al....still going strong.....
