Melbourne Jazz Orchestra - plays the music of Maria Schneider 8pm Monday April 23rd Noise Bar 291 Albert St. Brunswick $10 ($5 concession) Next Monday night we'll be playing a selection of Maria's music. The programme will include a few numbers we've played before and a lot of new material, in particular the Three Romances suite, featuring Gian Slater. We've spent a fair amount of time putting this night together and it should be a lot of fun. Hope to see you there! Visit www.melbournejazzorchestra.com for more info!

Me, voluntarily read a Leader community newspaper? You're joking.
(I presume you mean me, although you might note the correct spelling of my name.)

I'm sure they meant it as a compliment ! Did the heading to the story go out on a limb & use the line 'all that jazz' ?

Not quite.... it did use the line "smoothes out jazz sound". How does that rate up against 'all that jazz'?
