Thanks Tim.
Award made on basis of my Piano Preludes Book II which you are familiar with. Prize is a commission, valued at $6000 so a reasonably major work. They also have a $3000 performance subsidy for the premiere.
When I get back from Asia will have to give thought to the nature/instrumentation of the work I produce, you know, decide which CD it will be exactly like etc
