I don't understand why you nasty people persist on picking on Mr Koster. A fine gentleman indeed. My lovely bride and I regularly tune into PBS on Sunday's whenever we are in Melbourne and, yes we do so very much "dig his show," people. His support of Europe as the centre of the Universe is much appreciated and we are considering offering him a knighthood for his contribution to the world of Jazz beyond the borders of the US of A.
