Several hundred drivers are sitting and standing in a circle around the intersection of Flinders and Swanston Streets ....
The protest started yesterday evening and has continued overnight.
One of the organisers, Indian-born taxi driver Jazz Randyboy, said the protest had been peaceful.
"Everyone is calm and still, we are not being angry," he said.
