The Melbourne City Circle Tram is still 14 places above the Wangaratta Jazz festival on the top 101 places to visit in Victoria.

This tram goes round in a circle with a prerecorded guide telling people stuff like: "The iron fence surrounding Treasury gardens was hand forged in 1889".

Come on, we've done well but we can do better.
