Caught the opening night of of the Uptown Jazz Cafe (177 Brunswick St Fitzroy) last night. Some very fine music from Julien Wilson, Phil Noy, P-Rex & Sam Bates. Lots of familar faces in the room, very relaxed & happy vibe.

Cheers to Sonny Rehe for getting it up & running, let's hope it proves to be a big success!

It was sad to see Sossas go. Great to see Sonny getting things going again. Looking forward to a couple of great gigs over the weekend.
