I had a great time. It's always wonderful to play for an audience that's listening, and the room was well-populated but absolutely silent last night. Scary, almost. But I had fun. Free improvisations, original tunes, even a couple of standards. Solo playing is really challenging but seems like something essential for piano players. And I want to do it some more.

I put 'mickets' back on the car stereo coz I missed most of it. Was slaving at a corporate gig til 11 unfortunately.
