Hey Everyone
For those of you who are not aware, Something We Know is a new initiative aimed at creating a gig guide for all the interesting music being made in Melbourne. As well as helping to publicize the myriad of gigs on regularly, we hope to become a resource for those visiting from interstate or internationally.
This Tuesday the 5th of April (tomorrow night!) we are holding a fundraiser to help pay for site hosting, the development of iPhone and Android apps, advertising and potentially other fun things, depending on how much money is raised.
The event will be held at Gertrude's Brown Couch, 30 Gertrude St Fitzroy. There are three bands, the Shannon Barnett quartet, Lightly Toasted and David Dower & Josh Kelly duo. There is a $6 recommended donation but all, larger and smaller, are appreciated.
