Every year the festival website announces the programe will be released on a certain date, but fails to do so. What's with that?

(sigh). It should have been fully loaded yesterday. The program IS up on the website now. Some artist details & pics are yet to be added, hopefully will be there by tomorrow.

Just some feedback on the wang website... I guess design-wise it is ok but from a user perspective it is pretty bad. It seems to be worse than last year. This is in addition to the problem of the content not being uploaded on time. The website is essentially the face of the festival and to any newcomers it is their first impression.
I'm only writing this because I want the best for the wang festival and I think that the website needs some serious consideration (not necessarily more money).
I know someone that was thinking of coming for the first time this year with her husband and three sons. She received the abc jazz email announcing this year's program which directed her to the wang website. She said she went to the website but it wasn't working (must have been the period before the content went up). Her response was that 'musos aren't really good at that stuff are they?". This upsets me as I don't think it is true (and it certainly shouldn't be so for a festival). Hopefully she will be attending after some hearty personal recommendations.
Here's hoping for a better website next year!
