Sorry that I haven't had time to write about this performance yet. But my pal John and I really enjoyed it. Perfect for getting over the Tsunami blues.

The trio have such an interesting balance of input (does that make sense)?

Anyway I find so many of their pieces are just so so so beautiful! I love Tim's compositions, and the TST audience is so well behaved they even leave a respectful gap between the end of a piece and the applause (for further contemplation perhaps?). I prefer that for this kind of music: you can get totally lost in it and then there isn't a 'rude awakening' of cheering at the end. Is that pompous of me? Oh well, if it is - Tough!
