I think that is inappropriate footwear myself. I saw some totally brilliant jazz boiler shoes in Elsternwick last week which would be much better for him, comfortable yet stylish too. Pink-metallic open-toed Birkenstocks with multicoloured rhinestones. I kid you not! Pricetag were over $200. No wonder Downer has to stick to stilettos, on his salary.
