I hate to admit it, but my default in-head tune is Kansas City - and not even the original version by Wilbert Harrison but the second-rate remake by Those Bloody Beatles.

Once I worked in a busy press office. To stop oursleves going insane dealing with UK media we played some amusing but mean practical jokes.
My fave stress-reliever was finding an annoying tune and singing it aloud 'til someone would yell: "Victoria! Stop that now, please! I can't get it out of my bloody head!"
They tried to get me back with some crapola tunes. However I have a trick for losing that imbedded ditty: sing something else out loud. Works every time.
I never shared this with my fellow press officers because they were English and I am Australian and we always win (and I was also married at the time to a Scotsman.)
