This forum is so disctracting! I have to stop coming here so often.
Anyway sorted out my CDs as I was confined to quarters and found some I wish I had never bought at Dixons (recylced CDs) including:
Charlie Mingus plays piano
Horace Silver's Pencil Pakin' Papa
Mel Torme Live at the Playboy Jazz festival
I love all those musicians but those three cds are turkeys in my opinion. Back to Dixon's they will go!

what about the cds you wish they didnt buy llike your family gives you at xmas or birthday times? You know the ones that you want to sell but dont just in case they check your cd collection to look for it. example being
Late Night Jazz.

Kenny you can not mean that. I hope you are joking. That is sadder than Lassie not ever coming home.
None of my friends would fit in those bins and if they did, I'd leave them there.

i don't think there's anything i really wish I didn't buy, I never know when I'm going to change my mind down the track. I've got a great Hammiet Bluiett record I detested the first time I heard it. And I think I disliked virtually every Miles record I bought the first time through

I'm deadly serious: that Mingus recording is a shocker and should never have been released. It doesn't matter how many times you play it; it still sounds terrible.
I love a lot of his work but that recording is going back, unless you want it? Wait a minute, you've already got it.
Back to Dixon's it goes!
