I am doing a survey on the medical problems of improvising musicians in Australia.

The only prerequisite is that you are an improvising musician. It doesn't matter what standard or anything like that. Sorry but no Mongolian nose flautists thanks.

look they should all be very healthy cos they cant afford red meat or alcohol so they must llive on vegetables and lentils and green tea also they can't afford a car so they must walk everywhere and get plenty of excercise. they dont work in smokey jazz venues anymore cos they all closed down so that should be sufficient informaiton for your survey ok
