Hey all this really is Bernie and i am on Lloyds computer because i just heard Tiger Rex on a bootleg from the gig he played in melbourne.. the guy is very impressive as a soloist and he played "spirit song" also
which was a great complement... He is playing at 303 in melbourne on the 14th and I reccommend his playing to anyone who loves alto , or jazz or just great music...
OK
best wishes
Bernie

the guy is impressive but plays constantly out of tune (SHARP), blows too hard and doesn't give the band enough space. i'm not much of a conversationalist, so i like taking my friends to hear this kind of music... ps, Bernie cannot type. at least tiger uses fewer drummers than that other bugger. both of them did well in a jazz competition in some small town in europe where jazz hasbeens wind up there careers. i'd rather go there in ski season myself.
