The shuffle club were great the other night at transit. They will be a regular feature there.  Maybe Adrian should book them for wang again.. They had good time last year.. |

Make It Up Club festival on Thursday was sublime if sublimely hot and stinky upstairs at Bar Open. There was heaps on, my personal highlights: Lawrence Folvig/Eamon McNelis were beautiful, Phil Bywater's solo saxophone show was amazing, Belinda Woods with Carolyn Connors and Tom Fryer heavenly. Polish bass player was good if a bit intense, and the Kris Wanders band was its usually noisy self! Congrats to all for a great day of music
