So Kenny, how was the steamed pud and was a suitable ice cream found to accompany same?

Hmm, good question. Let me see if I can remember. The pud was a little on the chewy side but still pretty good. The girls blew the ice cream mission, so we got by with yogurt.

Oh dear. I was really drooling and enjoying all the excitement vicariously. Now I feel let down. Yoghurt? With steamed pud?

Well, each to his own I guess. I actually find that with really sweet stuff - and believe me, I have a really sweet tooth - yogurt offers the same texture as cream or ice cream, while its slight sourness offers contrast. And, of course, it's much healthier. Also: Getting cream or ice cream usually necessitates a journey, whereas we always have a tub of yogurt in the fridge.

I don't undertand how the system works. I didn't write the program.
I'm disappointed in the yoghurt because I'm on a diet. There is chocalate and fruit cake in this house and I'm not eating it.
But imagining you eating golden syrup orange peel steamed pud with premium ice cream gave me hope.
