For those that are interested I have just added a new facility on my personal website using "blog" software. For those unfamilar with blogs, "blog" is short for "weblog". It's a method to speedily post information to the web and have it conveniently formatted, rather like sending an instant message to the web. I'm using my blog to post regular news about projects and activities. The cool thing is the "Comments" link under each posting. People who are interested can post their comments so each post can have a comments thread, rather like a thread here. So it's useful as a kind of guestbook where people can add there 2c worth. I will keep track of the comments and add my own postings to the comments thread where relevant, so it will function as a communication tool too. Anyway, if you're interested, go to www.markisaacs.com and follow the "News" links to get to the blog.

Hi Bob
Actually your comment did get posted (have a look, I have responded to it). Unlike here, you need to refresh the page to see what you have posted.

School report:
Subject: Website Production
Mark has done well with his website project. His navigation is simple, the site is very quick to download and can easily be updated. He has a link for e-commerce through Amazon for selling his CDS. It is sticky (which means that people interested ar ebound to come back to it and/or hang around – i.e. not put off by slow loading flash files PDFs and hard to read font size).
We are impressed with his list of work and recordings too. Well Done.
