you should have seen/heard the horn players from sharon jones and the dap kings play tambourine. my lord, i had forgotten how good it can sound. anyone else witness?

couldn't get there! Who was in the horn section? I'm a sucker for a good horn section....got any further with that idea with Scrote and Gidmeister? You lot would clean up.
Tambourine....i remember my old teacher in hobart saying that when he was on tour in south USA he wound up somewhere near Tuskegee doing Gospel workshops and the like, and discovered that somewhere close by they offered a 3 month intensive Tambourine course. Amen.

I find it hard to go past Bob Sedergreen piano, Barry Buckley bass and Ted Vining drums....if I was to go offshore I'd start with chucho valdez piano cachaito bass Marilyn Mazur percussion
