You sound like you have been spending way too much time reading Dr Seuss/Zeuss True! Yes, true, my timely tipper of toddler titillation! Bennie (3 1/2) has definitely got a thing about R 'n' R - and not the namby pamby Stringbean/Beatles/Eagles schlock, but the real nasty spitting and blazing punk guitar thing. But he's at least a little friendly towards jazz sounds, and is certainly hearing plenty of it. Trouble, I fear all this good education I'm giving him won't kick in until long after I've shuffled off. I expect there'll be 20-30 years inbetween when he HATES Dad's thing.  |

My Comment for Mark:Dear Mark are you and Kurt Elling related? I saw him in Australia on his last tour and was so knocked out, what an amzing voice, how cool can someone get. But then last week I went to see you in Sydney and I was amazed at how much you are alike. I mean I think you are more of a true Jazz singer than Jurt, I spose he is a bit more cabaret I guess but hey I mean you guys don't look like each other but your style is so similar - are you related? Is he your little brother or something? Both you guys were great, mate but I reckon I'll be buying more of your cds from now on. Come back to Sydney soon man
