There's even an accompanying tear-stained video. I'm sorry for the boy and his lizard, but I think it says a lot about the marginalisation of culture in contemporary Orstralia that the 1764 violin gets dropped to para 2. Crikey.
I also love the "artist's impression" of the apparently 12-year-old thief (with impeccable taste in stringed instruments and reptiles).
