Listening to ABC RN today a repeat of a Julie Copeland interview with the curator of a South African art gallery about European and African appropriation of art, quite provocative and may be of interest to people involved in New Australian Acoustic Improvised Music (NAAIM).
I'm refusing to call jazz 'jazz' anymore, because it gets in the way of non NAAIM-enthusiasts' perception. Anyway what's in a name? (bad pun intended)
