To blather on about something that has annoyed me for ages: reading the weekend Oz I found myself wondering why it is that new releases of CDs, films and DVDs get reviews with stars at the top but newly published books don't?
If CDs and films have star ratings foisted upon them why not live performances too? Huh? Would Mr Rupert Murdoch please explain this nonsense? Kenny please ask him next time you two have lunch would you?

Rupert's too busy spinning global warming to his advantage to care about stars. I give Rupert no stars for his papers, 5 stars for not axing the Simpsons after all their fox jokes, and 1/2 a star for being rich like nobody's business.
