hi absinthe,
you probably won't find too many zorn fans around here, more probably at jazzcorner speakeasy,
l can't say l've ever been such a fan of zorn's stuff either, masada was ok but only because I love the stuff they were influenced by (a mix of klezmer tunes played in a kind of ornette format), and also "News for Lulu" (John Zorn, George Lewis and Bill Frisell) is pretty good,
but I do admire his output and his label for producing and promoting new music.

 Zorn was my introduction to Jazz, ultimately...He and Davis...I'm a lonely user...
