I think what you are all grasping for is the resistance pyramid which prevents the clarity at the core being connected to the clarity at the periphery and therefore prevents the top of table consciousness stuff from happening co-laterally. This creates transubstantive errors which chunk down to the product and service level and factors in the broad parameters of princples of implementation proving that it's only in the detail that we notice the differences in the similarities. But you'd know that, you've mapped it, flowcharted it to create a model to overcome the humps. You've broken down the epistomological barriers and moved from the unconscious incompetence to the conscious incompetence to the conscious competence and the unconscious competence. You see the communial criteria for prioritising decisions and can work perfectly well with the imperfect. And these are your outward oriented indices. This is not toxic to you, you have a linear approach to deploying a strategy and can negotiate around that discontinuation accepting that rules and regulations are the scar tissue of previous mistakes. Can I say please think about your customers' customers. Sensitise to your environment, see that roadblock there, feel that you can't be a business without customers, ask what are your business drivers and take note of the three t's - time, task and territory. But don't just bring to speed those two individuals when they come back on board, not without the 4 a's - attention, attraction, attainment and attatchment. Only then can you walk away with action creating a transitional bridge between the room and the place of work - for we know that there is too much inertia between the room and the place of work. Once you've reconfigured it, reframed it you'll milk it for all it's worth and dump the interrelated interdependencies which dialogue on the vertical and horizontal alignments so that between plan and design the shadow can lie. So respond well to feedback, position your thinking for effective outcomes in functional groupings and move towards that and be fluid in the times. This is just a working hypothesis but I feel that you have to rally in a direction to work within a context overcoming terminal uniqueness and accept that genius lies in the simplification. This is the lateral arabesque.

I agree with everyone about everything. But that's the Sydnet Kenny. Later today the Melbourne Kenny will be back like Jack and thinking everyone and everything is a prat.

No worries, I gave it to you last year as well! Joe Chindamo told me he didn't play a major festival until his late twenties... self promotion makes me feel guilty...
