You could just boycott all the stuff at the royal gambling institute Gb. Let's just hope the Hamer Hall crew get their shit together on the sound engineering.

its kinda weird seeing Yvette and Ceberano on the same page as Chick Corea, Pharoah and Herbie etc.
Also according to the blurb on the website..."Melbourne will come alive from 3 -13 May 2007". Thank God for that. Nothing happens here the rest of the year! All these dead people just rotting in their graves. I'm sick of it I tell you. Thank God for Crown, the wages of sin are.................................................?
and if you want more info it says "A PDF Brochure is available for you to download here." seems like there is no PDF so does that mean it is all in Albert's dreams? I wanted to see if the rumours I heard were true and I can't boo hoo hoo hoo. Oooh but we can all volunteer! Goody goody goody.

Me too. I noticed though, that I couldn't find info on ticket prices without actually going to ticketek website and selecting to book them.

The ticket prices for the Hamer Hall concerts were "$109-$129". Guess it's slightly cheaper than travelling os to see McCoy. V

Don't worry aj, I intend to win the lottery some time between may and october. Depending on the size of my winnings, I may even make a donation to the festival. In exchange I will ask only for motel accomodation. And also, you have to sing at the jam.

Thank god for people like Albert. He did a great job with the Umbria in Melbourne Festival and now he's doing this. I'm thankful that someone has the energy to create such an opportunity for us here in Melbourne to see some truly world class jazz. Thumbs up for Albert I say.
