The Pearls.......tasty lineup (The Way You Look Tonight has always been one of my fave Rollins tracks). But what's with the call to subscribe ? "Get up off your fat lazy arses". Or what Kenny ? No more Mr Nice Guy ?

Yep havin' me some fun with the Sunday slot. Love that Rollins/Monk session. Will play I Want To Be Happy just for u this Sunday.
Fat arses? Bit over the top there, disappointed with lack of phone calls. Feel theb pressure of inheriting Gerry's high rating time slot, butn summer's winding down and there's a lot on around town, so he tells me just to relax and do a great show.

aj - Sakoto Fujii's cd sounds like mostly group improvised performance, it's live from Japan and came to me in a set of 6. I chose to listen to that one first since I was familiar with Marc Dresser and Jim Blacks playing. I have never met her or seen her play live in Japan.. even wonder where venues for this style of music are in Japan excepting festival performances. If you're interested in a listen I would be happy to pass cds on to you.
