OK aj, I'll do it, even though its a busy weekend for me, what with the races and all. ISH ISH wont get back together, not with the falling out that Jules had with Eugene. Can't go into details but last time I spoke to Julien he wasn't happy with the attitude Eugene had towards saxophone at all. Being an avid sax fan I have to side with Julien and think its time that Eugene matured a little, we have to share this planet. Besides, Ronnie is a dad now and doesn't need that shit in his life. On the Wang front, how about Spyro Gyra, they're getting back together and would bring the house down, other than that Chuck Mangione is making a comeback too. Maybe you should get Brecker cause it may be your last chance.

[glow=red,2,300][/glow]Mr Ironguts, Eugene and Jules are grown up men now. They are both way too smart to let their egos get in the way of superb music, surely.
[glow=red,2,300]Phil Slater[/glow] is such an amazing player, really great, but with all due respect to Phil, Eugene is my preference for IshIsh, even though Phil is the funniest man on the planet and a musical maestro.
(Is asking for this like hoping for a Beatles reunion?) I was listenening to What Should Be this morning. I'm glad to hear they may be recording agan.
Adrian please don't say those things about You Know Who, it makes me feel sick! (Must talk to my shrink about that one.) I shot tons of vision on that tour that I haven't been able to look at for fear of throwing up all over the desk. That horrible press coference in Perugia!
That was the most hideous experience in my career and I've seen men carrying the severed heads of people they have just killed, so that is saying something I think!
Oh my Lord, that flipping TOUR! I now have to leave the room in a hurry...
(OK I'm back.)
The saving grace of that tour was the amazing music, Tim Stevens and Bernie's work, so inspiring, Simon Barker, Jon Zwarz, Nick McBride & Mark what an honour to work with them too. And the support of Adrian, Jim McCleod and Michelle Nicolle. Did I ever thank you for that?
Go on AJ, please? I'll never nag you about Jessica Williams again, promise!

Actually, I'd like to see your film of that press conference, I have a feeling it would be even funnier now than it was then ! Maybe we could arrange a screening at Wang...........

Some good recommendations there (have Venier & Stacky gigged as a duo ?)
but * 'about time' for BLBB ? I think there were there a couple of years ago, did you miss that one ? * 'Nock zzzzz' ?? each to his/her own !!! So what did you find so boring ? The duets with Liebman ? The project with Julio, Mags, Eugene, greening etc ?? I assume no-one held a gun to your head to make you hear him did they ? * Can Rob really play 5 guitars ??

I know I hassled you a while ago about her AJ, but Ingrid Jensen would go down a treat here. I think she's great. She always works with fine bands and is a very nice player... We need some really good international female horn players. Need to inspire the younger gen's. Our scene is horribly male dominated at the moment!

It seems that Ingrid Jensen is playing with our very own Matt Clohesy. Even better reason to book her! www.ingridjensen.com

AJ that Nuts person, I swear, that was not me.
Thanks Nuts, you have excellent taste.
Barker and Dewhurst, I would pay to see that and Magnusson trio too. Love the idea of Bobby V and Phil S duo but have no idea if they've worked together. Who cares, you have the power Adrian and you must use it for good, not evil.
Going back in time again, the press conference in Perugia: despite the enormous stress of dealing with escapees from a high security institution for the mentally challenged, I had the presence of mind not to waste battery power on a press conference about nothing more than the egos of the aforementioned escapees. So, no film for you! Pass the bucket please, quickly.

Vicki, Vicki, Vicki - please try to think in a "half full" manner.
If it wasn't for the fellow to whom I presume you and AJ are referring, we almost certainly wouldn't have this 100-member forum in which to frolic.
